About me – Shanna, passionate wedding planner
I am Shanna, I am 27 years old, married since June 8, 2024. And yes, before saying "yes" to the love of my life, I already had the immense happiness of accompanying other couples towards the most beautiful day of their life as a wedding planner.
Event planning has always been a true passion of mine. I loved organizing birthdays, trips, and weddings for my loved ones, especially those of my cousins in Italy. But it was when I launched my own business that I truly found my calling: creating unforgettable moments and seeing my brides and grooms fully blossom on their magical day.
In addition to planning weddings, I have an artistic soul that expresses itself through decoration. I love imagining, designing, and bringing to life unique atmospheres that reflect the story of each couple. My hands-on side also inspires me to create custom cards to bring a personalized and elegant touch to the events I organize.
My goal? To make your wedding a day that reflects your personality, filled with emotion and unforgettable memories.
My Training: Wedding Planner & Designer
Becoming a wedding planner was never a career change for me; it was a no-brainer. From the start, I built my career path around this passion. That's why I earned my Bachelor's degree in Event Planning in 2022, a key milestone that allowed me to acquire all the skills necessary to advance in this field.
In 2022, I wanted to specialize further by following the Wedding Planner and Wedding Designer training at La Wedding Academy, a prestigious school recognized in the world of weddings. I obtained my diplomas there, thus consolidating my expertise in wedding organization and scenography. Eager to go even further, I also followed additional training at Jules et Moi, in order to refine my knowledge and offer an ever more qualitative service to my future brides and grooms.
With this learning and driven by the desire to create unforgettable moments, I launched Nanninella Weddings as soon as I obtained my diplomas.
Today, my agency allows me to put all my passion, creativity and know-how at the service of couples who dream of a wedding that reflects their image, full of emotion and magic.
The Agency: Nanninella Weddings
Starting my own wedding planning agency was a no-brainer. Passionate about events and driven by my desire to make brides and grooms' eyes sparkle, I decided to turn my love for planning and decorating into a real business.
And so, in 2023, Nanninella Weddings was born. I chose the name in homage to my Nonna (my Italian grandmother), who loved weddings and with whom I shared this passion. We talked about weddings together all the time, dreaming of the beautiful ceremonies and the magical moments they create. Nanninella was the obvious choice: she's our star, and she's present at every wedding I plan.
Since its inception, the agency has grown significantly. In just two years, we've already had the opportunity to organize weddings, gender reveals, and honeymoons.
We are currently planning ten new weddings, and we couldn't be happier with this adventure and the trust our clients place in us.
Every wedding is unique, and it's this uniqueness that motivates me every day. My agency was born from the desire to offer tailor-made services, adapted to the desires and personalities of each couple. From the choice of venue to the scenography, including the coordination of the big day, I put my heart into every detail to ensure your day is absolutely perfect.
Today, I'm proud to see Nanninella Weddings grow and to be able to guide couples toward one of the most beautiful days of their lives. My goal is simple: to transform each wedding into an unforgettable experience and offer the bride and groom magical memories that reflect their love.

Ceremony Officiant: An Obvious Calling for Me
At the beginning of 2025, I decided to further expand my knowledge of the wedding industry by training to become a wedding officiant. It was only natural that I turned to the Wedding Academy, the school where I had already trained as a wedding planner and wedding decorator.
This training was a real revelation for me. Celebrating love and uniting two people in front of their loved ones seemed like a natural fit. Thanks to my years of theater and film experience, I'm comfortable speaking in public, which allows me to embody this role with fluidity and emotion.
Today, I am fulfilled in this new role and happy to be able to contribute to making each wedding even more unique and unforgettable. I officiate in French and English, and can also perform a ceremony in Italian if needed.
A new adventure together ✨
In August 2025, Souhaila officially joined the Naninella Weddings team. I am beyond happy to welcome her by my side because, beyond being truly passionate about weddings for as long as I can remember, she is also… my cousin! This family bond has now grown into a unique professional collaboration: we understand each other perfectly, we know exactly how the other works, and that makes us a strong, complementary, and creative duo. I am convinced that our shared energy will bring even more magic to the weddings we have the pleasure of organizing
